Heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier. With Common Carrier Delivery, the truck driver may ask for your assistance in unloading large and/or heavy furniture from the rear of the truck. The delivery drivers travel alone and occasionally request this assistance to avoid damage to the merchandise. In addition, Common Carrier Delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
Customers should inspect packaging and note any irregularities on the Bill of Lading prior to accepting the goods.
Customer prerogative: If you change your mind, don't like the color, or any and all similar reasons and want to return the merchandise, Meritline will charge a 30% restocking fee based on your invoice price.
We only ship to 48 USA contiguous states, we do not ship internationally.
We do not ship out computer desks to PO BOX, APO, FPO address.
Carrier may deliver the desk to your FRONT DOOR ONLY, further inside delivery will be your own responsibility, your request for the carrier to provide inside delivery may or may not be honored.
