It's somewhat cheaply made (wouldn't expect any better for $4 though) but it works and that's all that matters to me. The two parts conveniently mount to each other, which is great for not losing anything. Also be aware that the battery compartment is VERY tight.

It is not fancy, but it works. Did not cost an arm and a leg like others that do the same test.

Very small and compact. This is a perfect tech tool that goes anywhere. Fits into my briefcase without taking up a lot of room. I have another cable tester that is much larger that I rarely bring with me on trouble calls. This little tester comes along every time. It also works flawlessly! I love the slide off and on remote termination side as well. Nice little tool at a great price.

I have a nice high end cable tester but for the price could not pass this one up for a spare, I have used it a number of times and it works great, battery was tight but fits with no problems, someone mentioned the battery going dead, mine has been sitting for two months and the battery was fine when I recently used it. For the price I can strongly recommend this product.
