It is all that it says. The envelope cutter is a bit awkward to use so I don't. And I would have paid more for a backlit screen. Excellent pencil holder though.

Nice-sized holder for multi-sized objects. The clock/date function is easily seen and very stable. My only "beef" is that the temperature reading is 3 degrees F less than the actual, but one can easily take this into account when reading the temperature. Very good unit for the price!

Great value for money. Much better than keeping pens in a coffee mug! I love the clock, date, temp gauge always visible in front of me. I like it so much I bought as 2nd one.

I bought it for my wife for the desk that she uses the open and pay the bills. I am a quadriplegic; so I never use it but I haven't heard any complaints from her about it. And believe me she would complain if it didn't work as advertised. So I give it an excellent rating!

The alarm did not work. Actually the clock could not be set to the right time.

I am very impressed with this product. It cuts envelopes with ease, and even thick packaged envelopes that I normally would open using a sissor. The clock is very accurate and easy to read. The date is a nice feature as I am always forgetting the day and date. With the fee shipping you really can't go wrong. I bought a second one for my girlfriend. She is happy with it as well. The pencil holder is nice and the LCD display is good too. However, the envelope cutter didn't work for me... As i slide the envelope it seems to get caught and leads to more hassle. So I gave up and went back to the good old hand held envelope cutter.
