    Solidly built, excellent value, used an old battery in mine and it worked fine (many won't). Google NENGSHOU NS-468 Review and look for scrimshaw for a full review.

    Product is EXCELLENT. However, it took me a month to get it from Hong Kong. So, if you are not in a hurry to get the product then it is for YOU. If in a hurry, don't order it!

    The cable tester works great, and includes a leather case as well. It doesn't include the +9v battery though! Overall this is a great tester for the money. Shipping took awhile though.

    It came with NO instructions whatsoever and the operation is NOT self-evident as is for some straightforward gadgets. The notations on it are in Far East language.

    The cable tester worked ONCE and then failed to turn on. The battery showed 9.22v so I took it apart. It appears the on-off switch may be bad. What a waste!!! In Meritline's favor, was the fact that they credited my card for the full purchase amount rather than having me return a worthless piece of junk!

    I ordered 3 of these units and they all work perfectly. Even tested a cable I knew was bad. Shipping was not really that bad considering how far it came (~1 week) Very good value compared to much more expensive name brand units. One of the units was a bit dirty and scuffed up, it was clearly used. (or abused in the factory?) But yet factory sealed in plastic. Was actually more amusing than anything.
