Meritline.com Verified Buyer Have had no problems whatsoever charging my ATT iPhone 4 (lost my original cube) on either plug and does NOT have an 'iffy' connection, the charge is initiated just as fast and consistently as the OEM regular Apple Plug. Plays fine with other USB charging devices as well, including the VERY testy Sony PRS-350 ereader which is designed to not allow 3rd party chargers to work usually. Clean design, never gets too warm only minus pt I can think of is it's a bit longer than I assumed but it makes up for it by being lean..so I can utilize it on strips & outlets w/o sacrificing other outlets.

First time I've been disappointed with any Meritline purchase. Charges my cellphone battery but cellphone won't operate normally. That's because in addition to the normal 5V, it puts 2V on a pin that should be at ground potential. Says 'Designed by Apple in California' on the side. Bought 2 of these, big mistake. *** This is an official reply from Meritline.com *** We are sorry to hear that the item you received is not in satisfactory condition.
