Meritline.com Verified Buyer I needed a compact mount so I could stick my phone to the windshield of rental cars and use the GPS function on my travels. This was one of the more compact versions I could find, and the price/value for the item seemed reasonable. It sticks to the windshield just fine, and I don't think it was designed to stick to a dashboard, so don't buy it for that purpose. When installed, it does have a tendency to jiggle a bit over the right kind of bumps in the road. The plastic seems to be a bit on the lighter/cheap/less sturdy side as well, so if its going to be handled roughly it won't last long. The side grips hold on tight, which is good. Aside from the plastic quality I would make the side grips foldable inward to further reduce the size during storage. If those two items were improved that would make this a 5 star product instantly.

Great little product. Simple to install to my windshield and holds my Galaxy SII perfectly. Glad I had a coupon code for it. Would recommend.

Works as intended, holds my phone fine for use as a GPS, a little bouncy, not as solid as some other mounts, but for the price good enough.
