Meritline.com Verified Buyer I was initially pretty satisfied with the chair but after about 3 months it really started to lose it's initial quality. It was squeeky, felt flimsy and just wasn't the same. After about 6 months one of the wheels busted off. I didn't think much of it but literally hours after that happened, the entire base where the wheels connect shattered. The whole thing was busted. I feel on the floor, full force. I wouldn't recommend this chair for a permanent solution but temporarly, it'll do. NOTE: I'm not a big guy, I don't know why it failed...
