Meritline.com Verified Buyer For those of you reading this review who have not yet done business with Meritline, they are an excellent source of neat stuff at great prices. This cable is no exception. It interfaces my computer with a Palm PDA that I picked up at a garage sale and works fine. This cable is both for data and charging the unit. I could have shopped around and found the same thing at a comparable price, but shipping was free from Meritline and they I have always been pleased with my purchases from them. Bear in mind that shipping might take a while. Be patient.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Very happy with purchase. Shipped from Singapore within one week from order. Comparable sync cords ranged from $15 - $30 --- ridiculous! Works perfectly with my older but still functioning Palm T/X. Did not get a good connection at first, but gently cleaned the contacts on the bottom of my Palm and we were good to go. The cable was not at fault, my Palm was. Thanks Meritline!

Charges my Palm TX fine. Not sure if a driver is required; I've only tested it on a Windows 7 box which included the driver already. Oddly, I experienced a couple of PalmOS reboots when it was hooked to a Linux box, but I don't think that was related to the adapter cable. Although I can't find a MeritLine order ID for this, the cable I have is identical in appearance, right down to the connector and the sync button in the center of the cable.
