What payment methods does Meritline.com
accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Cashier's
Checks, Wire Transfer£¬PayPal, Google Checkout and Meritline Gift Certificate. We do NOT accept
personal checks or company checks. But for International orders (except Canada), we Only
accept Wire Transfer or Google Checkout.

If I choose Paypal as my payment methods, can I ship to different address beside the Primary Paypal confirmed address on file?
By selecting the PayPal payment option, you authorize Meritline.com to send your order to the address as provided by the PayPal receipt. You understand that the shipping address cannot be modified so please make sure the PRIMARY, CONFIRMED PAYPAL address is correct prior to submitting payment.
What can I do if my shipping address is not the PayPal Confirmed Address?
We ship all
PayPal orders to Confirmed Shipping Address only. If you want to ship
to a different address, please update your PayPal Confirmed Address before

Do you charge sales tax? /What if I have a tax exempt?
All orders
delivered to California (CA) or Massachusetts (MA) address will be charged
the appropriate sales tax. /For resellers, please provide resale certificates (Form BOE-230) Fax to: 1-626-854-6553. For
tax-exempt government employee, fax us at 1-626-854-6553 with your Government
Tax Exempt permit and include the sales order number.
Suggestions:
1. Update resale information once a year.
2. Check if the certificate is still valid each order before the tax exempt.
Is my customer information safe and secure? /Is it safe to enter my card number online?
Yes, Meritline respects your privacy and does not release your information to any third party. We take security very seriously and our website utilizes the latest technology in encryption to ensure no sensitive information can possibly be compromised. If you see the web address starting with “https? this denotes that the page is a secured page and encryption is used for your protection.
Does Meritline.com sell or release my personal information?
Meritline.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances
sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained
from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails
you will receive from Meritline.com will be in regard to your order, RMA
status and other information you may have requested, such as our discounts
and newsletters.
How do I creat a new Google Account ?
You can follow the link on our website to access Google Checkout or log on to www.checkout.google.com to open an account.
How can I pay for Google Checkout?
Google Checkout orders are placed the same way as regular orders. On the check out page, you can select Google Checkout under the credit card drop down menu. You will receive an order confirmation when order has been successfully placed. You will need to click on the Google Checkout icon on the order confirmation page to pay for your order. If you were unable to do so at the time of order placement, a Google Checkout payment request will be sent to you within 48 hours. Simply follow the instructions on the request to pay for your order.NOTE: We do NOT accept orders over $500 paid by Google Checkout.
I placed the order and selected Google Checkout payment option but the link to the Google Checkout page on my order confirmation does not work, what do i do?
Because of overwhelming demand, you may encounter errors when attempting to complete the payment through Google Checkout. There is no need to worry when this happens. Our dedicated Google Checkout team examines each order and if payment has not been completely correctly, you will receive an invoice requesting payment in your email. Simply follow the instructions on the order and submit payment to complete the order.
My order was cancelled because i did not submit payment via Google Checkout within 3 business days. How can i reinstate the order?
If you still have the payment request email from our Google Checkout team, simply complete the payment and your order will be automatically reinstated. If you have lost that email, please contact our support staff at order@meritline.com.
I think I have completed the payment via Google Checkout but I got a message from your team to pay for my order again. How do I check to see if payment is made?
Simply log into your Google Checkout account at http://checkout.google.com and click on “Purchase History?on the upper right hand corner of the page. If payment has been submitted, it would show as an order in the history page. If you cannot locate an order, payment has not been made and you must submit payment by following the instructions on the invoice request email.
I used Google Checkout to pay for my order and I did not get $10 off, what do I do?
Unfortunately, the Google Checkout $10 discount program is only valid with selected merchants. We have elected not to participate in this program at the present time. For a list of merchants, you can visit the http://checkout.google.com for further information.

What can I do if I have been charged twice on PayPal?
Please double check your PayPal transaction history, there should be one transaction for authorization and one transaction for payment. This shows that only one payment has been issued to Meritline.com. If you account has been debited twice, please kindly contact PayPal directly regarding this issue.
My PayPal/Google Checkout order has been cancelled and I would like to reinstate the order, what should I do?
You do not need to do anything. Simply follow the instruction on the payment request sent to you, the order is automatically reinstated when payment is made. (PLEASE NOTE: Customer cannot reinstate a PayPal/Google Checkout order without payment.)
How can I use Meritline In-store Credit?
Please place the order on line, and put a note in customers'comments field "I have $** in store credit from order **, please apply". Then our CSR who charges the order will apply the credit for you. If for some reason that your in store credit is not applied this time, it will be applied to next order. There is no expiration date for In-store Credit.NOTE: In-store Credit can't apply if you choose paypal payment method.
Can I use a debit card or gift card?
Debit Card: No. Only if the card has Visa or Master Logo, we can charge them as credit cards.
Gift Cards: No,we do not accept gift card.
Only store credits, no cash refunds.
Do you accept Gift Cards?
No,we do not accept gift card or prepaid card.
No, gift card will send only to billing address.
Do you accept one time use credit cards?
No, Meritline.com takes your security very serious and we use a proprietary system to verify the validity of your order. Due to the very nature of one time use (randomly generated) credit cards, it prevents us from verification against fraudulent charges. At the present time, we do not accept one time use credit cards. Please refrain from using these types of cards to avoid unnecessary delays to your order.
