I gave these a 4 star rating only because they don't come in extra small for my chihuahua and yorkie-poo who's necks are too small for the small size collars. Other than that these collars are great and a life saver for pets at night. In fact my dog almost ran into the street at night n because of this collar shining so bright the car stopped. I love that there are 3 modes on these solid light, blinking slow n fast blinking. There great at night when you let your dogs out in the yard to see them. The blue is very bright and the pink is even brighter. All I can say is order one if you value the life of your pet. You never know when the light may save your pets life.

The small size collar fits my 2yo pug beautifully and is bright enough to easily see him across my yard at night without any porch lighting. The reason for 3 stars is that the collar arrived with a badly rusted D ring (obviously not stainless) that had to be sanded off with a dremel before use and dead batteries. Be sure to order a set of 2032 button cells in addition to this if you want to actually see this collar after dark.
