Thin & light translucent silicone layer provides simple & ideal protection against normal spillage or any unwanted particals from getting into the keyboad area. I got this Pink one on sale just to try it out since it's cheap.... It works really well & now I'm "really" tempted to order the colors I personally want... pink is just a little too "girlish" for me.... & I'd gladly be paying full price for a color I want if I weren't so cheap ;-) Does not interfere with normal typing activity. Also the layer stays clear off the screen surface when the lid's closed & tend to stay in place right over the keyboard during normal operation. Easy to set up w/ the slightly sticky side self-cling to the keyboard surface & stayed in place. It provides very practical daily protection.... Would recommend it

I ordered this product just to give it a try, the price was so low I figured that if I didn't like it, it wasn't a huge financial loss. I smoke while using my laptop outside and if you're a smoker you know that ashes eventually end up falling between the keys. Also I have a dog and dog hair will get between the keys from time to time. The product is very easy to apply, and after using it for an hour or so, it adheres to all the keys very nicely (at first you can't see the letters through some of the spots, but it kind of builds up a suction after use and you can see them just fine after that). In the end I did end up removing the cover from my laptop because it slowed down my typing speed a bit, but that was just my personal preference. The product does EXACTLY what it says it will, it fits very snug and I believe I probably could've poured a drink on the keyboard and not a bit of it would have got into the keys!! It's just a matter of preference I suppose, if this is what your lookin

It's a piece of silicone plastic that goes over the keyboard. It's very light colored and can be cut to fit any keyboard size. I liked it and will probably order another one. Definitely protects the keyboard!

This product is okay. I use it to protect my keyboard from grimy hands of students. It has a unique feel that takes some getting used to.

Wish this was about 2" wider to cover all my keys. Need to get used to it if you can't type without peeking. Certainly a GREAT product to protect from spills and gunk. Just bought a different style on this site for a 17" laptop. Would buy this again for all my keyboards.

This is ok for 14" or 15" laptop. As mentioned this is not Universal Keyboard Skin Protector. I have a Dell XPS 1330 laptop, it not only covers the keyboard but also touch pad and the speakers above the keypad. So be careful if your laptop is smaller in size.

The product is good but it's big size for my 13.2" laptop keypad. It covers entire keypad and protrudes on to my mouse pad as well.I think this will be good product for bigger sized laptops.
