I just recently got this for my new Panasonic HDC-SD60P camcorder. The first thing I did was insert it in the camera and formatted it through the camera. I’m sure it would have worked fine right out of the box, but I read somewhere it’s best to format it in the device you are going to use it in. The camera right away showed me I had over 5 ½ hours of recording time remaining. After that is was drama free. It worked exactly like it’s supposed to in all recording modes. Afterwards, I plugged the camera into the computer and transferred everything using Panasonics HD Writer program. It transferred fast. Since this application doesn’t remove the files from the card I thought I would do some file transfer tests using the SDHD card reader in my computer. It transferred about 1GB of data (3 files) averaging 15 MB/second. Then I copies about 1GB of data to the card and it averaged about 8 MB/second, a little lower than I expected which is why I deducted one star. Then I tried it with a gen

Worked gr8 with my Canon 60D. I at first got the 8GB one (a month back) and was quite surprised with its performance in comparison to Sandisk Extreme Class 10 cards. And now, this 32GB one also has really done a gr8 job. In fact, With JPEG @ Continuous HighSpeedShots: The PQI-32GB-150x took 27-30 shots before camera stopped/halted writing to the card. And with RAW, it took 13-15 shots before camera stopped/halted writing to the card. Note:It only has 29.8 GB usable altogether.

WARNING - Do not buy this item and save yourself the heartache. I purchased this card for use in my Samsung Camcorder full HD camcorder. I was leaving on a vacation to renew our wedding vows, so I thought this high capacity card would make sure we didn't run out of space. I was a bit leery of using a no name brand, so I tested it out first. Initially, it gave me a NOT FORMATTED ERROR. This was odd since I never had this problem before with other cards. But I didn't think much of it, and dutifully formatted it, and it seemed to take pictures and video fine. So I replaced my SanDisk 16GB card with this card and took our ceremony video with this card. Big Mistake! Long story short, the card worked fine for a few days since I reviewed the videos on the plane ride back from the vacation. But when I got home to download videos into my home computers, the card gave me a YOU MUST FORMAT THE DISK BEFORE YOU CAN USE IT Error again. Obviously, I tried reading the card on about a dozen differen

CyrstalMark benchmark results using a high-speed SD card reader on the PCI-E bus (not USB): Read 20MB/s Write 16MB/s On par with other 150x cards for write speeds. Not quite as fast as PQI's claimed 24/19.5 MB/s R/W numbers but it's respectable. Sandisk Extreme gets about 20 MB/s writes but costs alot more.

I am getting 15 MB/sec read, 8 MB/sec write (a little below specs). It works well with my Panasonic camcorder at any setting. For the price I am happy with it.

It was fast when the card works. But it stopped working after two days.

Though this was 32GB (tested and confirmed), this is definitely NOT class 10... not even close. My ADATA 16GB class 6 actually transfers at almost five times the speed this does. Though it is fast enough for photos on my 14MP camera, it makes for cringing-ly slow transfer of video files. I'm not even certain how this will handle 1080p HD video, as it's one of the slowest cards I have. I would have to say, by it's speed it is most likely only a class 2.
