    FYI: Anonymous User on 1/11/2009 is WRONG. The "other information" box is simply stating that once formatted, some of the memory is used to store formatting data. How much depends on the device that does the formatting. That's true of ALL flash cards. Anyway, I've used these exact cards and found them excellent in both a Nikon SLR and a Canon P&S.

    I have been using this 8 GB model and the same in the 16 GB capacity for a year or so with a Panasonic HD HMC150 Camcorder. Capturing in all formats has been tested thoroughly with these class 6 cards. 1920 x 1080p, 720p, 1080i, all frame rates and compression rates offered in AVCHD.....No problems whatsoever! I can't see spending more on a product when this just plain works. Thanks Meritline!

    Works great, get a class 6 card it may cost a little more but the performance makes it worthwhile.

    I bought this card to use with a brand new Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video camera. The card quit working after the second time I used it. No video would record on it, so I lost some valuable video that I wanted to keep. (BTW the "safety" switch on the card was set at the on position, so that was not the problem.)I no longer have the packaging, so I doubt I can return it to Meritline.

    Came quickly, Works fine, Good price. Used in Canon SX10-IS. Seems to keep up with as much movie as you want to shoot. Takes a few seconds after shooting to finish writing, but not a problem for me. May just be how the camera works.
