    received the item broken, there is a large crack on the plastic part. The package was soft, not appropriate for this plastic material. I contacted the customer service about the returning procedure, and inquired on how to ship it back. i would not pay for shipping the item back since the postage would be more expensive than the product. No answer yet from their part.

    When I received it came broke. I din't bother to call them. Because I have to ship them which is going to cost me more then I paid for it. I won't recommend it to anybody. Poor quality.

    The product works well, does well for the job intended, kids have fun with it. Plastic is delicate, will not survive if the bike accidentally hits the ground. Color choice was misleading, I did not get the color that was displayed in the ad.
