Ordered on six weeks ago. Arrived DOA. (symptoms: red light on charging, flashing purple light when complete. Unit never turned on after that) courteously replaced by Meritline. New one arrived two weeks later, also DOA. Contacted manufacturer who advises they haven't manufactured this device in six years. Not support available.
Summary: Don't buy.

This was a replacement for the original item that did not work. Meritline promptly shipped another this item and it works perfectly. Hard to beat for the price. As an added bonus the included chargers work with the headsets I already had.

Read the reviews and so was not expecting much when I ordered it, so not extremely surprised when mine will not turn on either. Even at 50% off, if it doesn't work, it is a waste of money.
Not bothering to return it. The shipping back would be more than I paid for it. Disappointed though.

I bought two of these headsets, and they NEVER worked. I charged them both all day and neither of them still worked.

I ordered and received two units of this Bluetooth headset. Neither units would charge! I needed a Bluetooth for my driving job and had to spend a lot of time and aggravation trying to contact the company in the hopes they could immediately send me two more before I sent the first two back to them, as I was in dire need of hands free phone usage. They finally communicated with me and told me to use the attached email label to return the units for replacement. I sent them back on 4-6-15 and am waiting for the new ones to arrive. Hopefully, they will not be defective units. I have used this item for about four years and never had a defective one before! Stay tuned!

Ordered 3 of these and none of them worked. Tried to turn on after charging and nothing. Tried again after charging for another 24 hours and still nothing. At least company gave me an immediate refund.

I bought 2 of these, one for myself and another for my fiancÃ©, neither charge and neither will pair with our phones... No refund and no return sucks. I called the company that makes it and they said to return it, like it was a common issue. That's a great reputation to uphold. Waste of money now I have 2 pieces that are useless junk.

I bought this for the price and as a backup. I figured if I were to lose it then no big deal. I had no problem in pairing with my Samsung phone. So far don't have any issues except for the size as someone noted that it need the hook to stay on. Ironic as it was the size which made me decide to try it - go figure. Anyway, my first impression/use caused me to buy two more as backups and to use with my computer. A nice to have feature would have been to be able to use it with BT's that TX in stereo (even though it would be mono for me).
