Near-Line RAID Storage Cluster system supports FIFTEEN (15) Serial ATA Drive, which can configured as RAID 1, RAID 0, RAID 5, RAID 5+0, RAID 1+0 or JBOD in a 4U 15-Bay with built-in Port Multiplier and eSATA host interface.
The DATOptic RM15_S2P-TL is a FIFTEEN (15) bay 4U rack mount chassis with fifteen (15) SATA swap-able HDD directly plug-in back plane, which reduces the numbers of interconnections, thus increase reliability of system. The RM15_S2P-TL is an easy-use and cost- effective fifteen bay of 3.5" SATA Hot-swap-able hard disk drive storage system. The RM15_S2P-TL (15) fifteen 3.5 in drive rack mount enclosure can be used as a huge mass storage device, delivering large amounts of data with up to 15.0 Terabyte of storage space (1.0TB HDD).
A Massive protection RAID 5 storage of 15.0TB* is possible with RM15_S2P and RR-2304 using 2.0TB HDD, which offers very fast transfer rate up to 530MB/sec Write and 550MB/sec Read.
