I purchased this for my 11 year old grandson for Christmas. He was thrilled! He played with it in their pool and it manuevers quite impressively. It is very realistic looking and I am so glad to have made such a great gift purchase.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer * This is a destroyer, not a Battleship. * Great toy! All the kids loved it. Remove from box, charge the batteries, it was very fast in pool and could manueuver very well (since it didn't have a rudder - uses the left/right prompts to manuever). Both batteries included! Batteries last about 15 minutes (didn't time it). The other kids wants one. Tremendous deal for $30! * Needs improvement on on/off switch on the ship. It has a metal piece that you push down on it to cut it "on" that was very difficult to figure out and get it to cut on. Metal antenna that attaches to ship needs to screw in. Very small plastic pieces on the deck can easily break when you grab it out of the water.
