Delivery was prompt and product was as expected. I didn't have my hopes up with this off brand but it works like a charm with my Vista 64 Media Center. The ATSC tuner is very sensitive and receives as well with the crummy little rabbit ear antenna included in the package than does my rooftop amplified antenna! The NTSC tuner is a little rough with analog cable, but acceptable. The ARCSoft software also seems to work well, although it will not play well with Media Center when the MCE drivers are loaded (common conflict). The FM tuner seems to work fine as well. All in all, a great tuner for a great price!

Good product for the price. Rating product quality, the plastic is a bit inferior, thus the reason for purchasing replacements; however the magnets are superior quality and work very well. Service from Meritline is excellent.

Installed fine and ran fine from the start. Within a day of plugging devices into the USB hubs got blue screen of death on XP pro. First time in a year of ownership that ever happened on that pc. Unplugged the usb devices from the card (used hub connected to mb usb's, but left card in and pc has run fine since. Haven't tried the Firewire yet. So it is definitely worth the price for looks and bragging rights of how many usb ports you have. :)

Works just fine using either the Line In on my digital voice recorder, or (with an extension cord) straight into my computer. To reviewer "Kumar": This is designed to fit between the "curly" handset cord and the base of the phone; it will not fit the Line jacks. Pretty much this device's main drawback; unless you're talking into a curly-corded old fashioned phone, you can't use it.

Jansport stands for quality. I have had an issue with the T bar on the rolling backpack and they stood by the warranty and I received a new backpack. I also received a statement saying that they look into any reported "issues" with their backpacks. Nice! A very satisfied customer!
