Where do I get an RMA number?
Go to the website, and you will find the submission link on your right hand upper corner. Just to fill out the RMA request form. You need to read the return policy before you fill out the form. Once you filled out the form, you will get an email response within 24 to 48 hours, and the instructions of the return and RMA# will be included in the email.
Does Meritline.com pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, Meritline.com
does not pay the return shipping cost for return merchandises. The customer is solely responsible
for shipping any returned product to Meritline.com. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE
for all products under all circumstances. Shipping fee is a fee that is
paid to the shipping company not to Meritline.com, therefore all shipping
fees are NON-REFUNDABLE".
Will I be refunded my shipping fee if I make a return?

we don't replace different item for any return order, that means a replacement
can be made only for the same product and same brand.
Approximately how long does it take for Meritline.com to process an RMA?
It takes 2-5
business days for us to process and re-ship or issue a refund if we have
stock.
Will Meritline.com cross-ship replacement merchandise?
Meritline.com
doesn't cross-ship replacement merchandise. You can get any replacement
only after we receive the original merchandise returned back firstly,
or you need to place a new order, that won't affect your return issue.
