it's a good bluetooth but the plastic piece that goes around your ear to help keep it in place broke after a month of use. it is a snug fit to my ear so I can deal with that. However, I was promised a rebate check that never arrived and the link they gave me to track the progress of the rebate is inactive.

this is a great product - the sound is really good. The only problem, I broke the little plastic piece that hooks over the ear and cannot find another.
