@sansauser: At least as I see the Meritline product page for this item, you have 30 days for a return/replacement directly from Meritline, as well as a 90-day warranty from SanDisk. You might want to contact Meritline to replace your player. Beyond that, SanDisk is good with warranty replacement.

I bought three of these to give as a gift...But out of three, two had a a character "R" etched on the clip....I didn't expect to see this on the item(its refurbished,true,but you don't have to mention that on the product)...So i am now not sure whether to gift this or not...Functioning wise...no issues...

May have been refurbished but it looks brand new with absolutely no blemishes. Comes with usb cable for charging and earbuds which I didn't even try. This is a good player with alot of fans out there. My only gripe is that I have to turn the volume up to atleast 75% to get a decent volume level on my Denon earbuds or AKG phones. I went to the Sandisk website forums and this seemed to be a problem for many others. I do like the fact that you can add a micro sd card to increase the capacity. I bought a 16gb card and it works great with it. I am looking to buy some new earbuds and see how the player sounds with them.

Product is in Good Quality and packed properly and arrived as expected. I like the quality of the player, Sound clarity is very good small and cute, I like the display color combination bright and catchy though small display. I felt the quality of music better then my Sony mp3 player, Overall happy and satisfied with this purchased.

I bought a refurbished Sansa Clip+ for exercise. I already had 2 larger MP3 players, but this little Clip+ became my favorite. The refurbished unit was without a blemish. Highly recommended, Clip+ and Meritline.

This player is great. The best Sansa I've had to date. I bought speakers to go along with it and an armband and belt clip. Plays great, sounds great. Sansa rocks.

perfect condition: no scratches, blemishes, marrings, dents, dings, etc. previously bought this model refurb from a different store, and both came same way: in plain cardboard box with all accessories individually packaged. i presume everybody is reselling these refurbs from sandisk. works great with linux in msc (mass storage class) mode. primarily play music of 16 gb microsd card written to with media reader, but i occasionally write to the microsd card over usb through the device and had to write to the internal flash to install rockbox; all of it works without problems. shipping was a little slow at 1.5 weeks (like amazon). free shipping from newegg or buy.com usually takes just a week.
