How can I calculate and find out my shipping costs?
On the order check out page-> Select Shipping Method-> Click Apply. Shipping costs will add on the order automatically.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order, or do they decrease when multiple items are purchased together?
When you order
multiple items together, your shipping cost is usually reduced, according
to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items
you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method
of shipping and apply the shipping calculator. You will be shown a total
shipping cost that includes any applicable reductions. For certain items,
due to significant shipping discounts already offered by Meritline.com,
the shipping will be added cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased.
Your shipping charge is always as per the website.
Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver
to APO/FPO addresses. Once order has been shipped, please allow five to
ten working days to deliver. However, we cannot control delivery time.
Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.
What is the additional charge for special request like Signature requirement, Reroute and Saturday delivery?
Special request like 1.Ground signature require - additional of handling fee $6.00 per package. 2. Express signature require - additional of handling fee $12.00 per package. 3. Reroute - Express shipment handling fee $15.00 per package (suggestion customer pick up at the FEDEX station, no extra charge); Ground shipment handling fee $7.00 per package (Suggestion customer pick up at the FEDEX station, no extra charge). 4. Saturday delivery for Priority overnight only-special handling fee $15.00 per package; Saturday delivery for 2nd day air-special handling fee $15.00 per package.

When will I receive my package if I place an order today?

Has my order shipped?
Please refer to the order tracking page: if there is no tracking number, customers' orders have not shipped out yet, tracking # will be e-mail after order shipped.
What if I want to get my items faster?
Choose FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day Express or FedEx Express Saver as the shipping method.
If I request one day shipping, will I get my product next day?
No guarantee. It usually takes 1-2 business day to process and plus the transition time.
What if the estimated delivery date passed and I still don't get my product?
It may be a back ordered product, please check back with us or send e-mail to: orderstatus@meritline.com. Or please call the carriers (FEDEX. USPS) to TRACE DOWN your packages, have your shipping address ready for double check purpose.
How are items shipped?
We wrapped the products, and then put them into the boxes. We will make sure the products will arrive in original condition.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
All orders
placed with Ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 2 business
days from time of purchase. Orders placed with Overnight, 2nd day, or
Express Saver must be submitted by 11am or no later than 12pm PST for same day shipping (shipping
times excludes weekends, and holidays).
How do I get my order's tracking number?
After your
order has been shipped out, the tracking number will be sent to you automatically
via our system. Alternatively, you can check it with orderstatus@meritline.com
and we will reply you in 24 hours (excludes weekends and holidays).
Why can't I track the order by the order status?
Please wait
1-2 days to track your order after our carrier scan it, if still invalid,
please contact orderstatus@meritline.com for help.
Can you ship out by my FedEx or UPS account?
Sorry, we DO
NOT accept a customer's own shipping method(Federal Express, DHL/Airborne,
UPS or any other company) for any order.
Can you re-ship my order if the package did not arrive at my address?
If customer
gave the incorrect shipping address, we will charge the shipping fee for
re-send. If we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without
any additional fee.
Can you call your carrier to change the shipping address if the shipping
address is incorrect?
Sorry, once
order has been picked up by our carrier, the shipping address can't be
changed any more.
