These gloves messed up my Vista PC. Message screen said it didn't recognize the removable drive then froze PC. Would not boot back up. Unplugged and waited 10 minutes. Did get to reboot and had hard time getting machine to stop trying to read that USB port even after gloves were unplugged. All is well after some frantic moments....gloves not worth frying PC over...I really wanted them to work. Good luck!

I work out of a home office, but am in the basement. Winter is...cold here. I've already got a foot warmer, and was hoping these gloves would help with my hands. I ended up with the bright pink/purple gloves in the picture, made from a soft fleecy type material. Unfortunately, they're a little small and tight for me, but the heating pads easily remove, so I'll be trying to stretch these gloves a bit, or finding something larger to put the little pads into. Currently, they're plugged into a wall USB adapter next to my desk and are a very nice warm, but not too hot to touch, temperature, so it looks like they'll work very nicely.

These are an intriguing little item. The gloves themselves leave your fingers free. You could conceivably put them within larger gloves or alpine mittens or similar - or you could move the 2 heating pads out of the gloves easily - they are only held on by velcro. I am not sure about the water resistance of these. I used mine with a 4 AA powered portable USB case/charger. I found that if I used all 4 rechargeable AAs the unit draws 750ma at 5v, if I only used 3 AA then it falls to about 500ma @ 3.6v using 2 AA it was about 350ma. I can't think of a use for them either plugged into a PC or a USB wall adapter, but they are interesting!

This product does not have heating element distributed throughout the glove covered area. The heating element inside only a small square portion under the palm has heating. What I really wanted is something that can keep my fingers from getting frosted.

Only one of the gloves got warm, good idea only if both worked

These are a little too small for me to use, but they seem to work fine. I cannot comment on durability though since I used them only once, but they appear to be of good quality. A more neutral color and a slightly bigger size (since they do stretch somewhat) would make these perfect.

These gloves are tip-less (they don't cover the finger tips), so although the heating pad keeps the back of your hand warm, that's the only part that it heats. There's also no high-low-off switch, so if they get too hot, you unplug, until you get cold. Granted, they're not expensive, but other online retailers sell similar gloves (with tips and switches), for about the same price.

Worked fine (on a Mac Pro) and was a popular Christmas gift. Delivery a little slow, due to holiday mail, but did get here before Christmas.

I stumbled upon Meritline while desperately searching for Christmas presents for office mates. I really wanted to get them these gloves, but didn't know a thing about Meritline. I went ahead and ordered, and the gloves got here quickly, despite shipping a few days before Christmas. They all worked great, and I got a really great price on them. I would order from Meritline again!

Gloves were small, but stretch. They smell rather aweful when you first get them, and only fades a little. Haven't tried washing them yet. Otherwise keeps me warm when typing

Work ad advertised. They have a 'warm patch' that you can put on the back or palm of your hand.

cute gloves with no ends in the fingers, if you like pink. The hand warmer barely heated up and only warms the area it covers (approx. 1.5 x1.5 inches). I'm not an electrical tech so not sure but seemed like electrical interference with my wireless mouse and since the power wire from both gloves is a single line, it is like having your hands tied together.

These are fine.. they only warm the palms of your hands though.. the good part is the fingerless gloves are cute on the kids. They like playing with them.

They do get warm, and work OK. My wife could not stand the plastic or weird smell from them though, so she won't use them.
