I'm writing this review on behalf of Meritline and Pam (I think) who answered my call for the cancelation of this product. I have shopped extensively online and I did not expect anyone to call back. But lo and behold I got a call back from "Pam" several hours later telling me that the product had shipped and to 'return to sender' the package without openning it.The speed and the courtesy Pam handled my situation surprised me even more. I will gladly shop again at Meritline.com and I highly commend Pam for her customer service.

I am not rating this product cuz I am in the process of cancelling my order since I found a better suited product on Meritline. I am, howver, writing this review on behalf of Meritline and Pam (I think) who answered my call for the cancelation. Their system was down and I was told someone would call back when the system was up again. I have shopped extensively online and I did not expect anyone to call back and that I would have had to call them again to remind. But lo and behold I got a call back from Pam (I am not 100% sure if that was the name - I should have written it down) several hours later telling me that the product had shipped and to 'return to sender' the package without openning it. A lot of vendors require you to get an RMA number and post it back at the customer's expense. The speed and the courtesy Pam handled my situation surprised me even more. I will gladly shop again at Meritline.com and I highly commend Pam for her customer service. Keep up the great work!

you haven't mentioned the no. of pins on this cable at each end, and male/female types *** This is an official reply from Meritline.com *** Thank you for the reminder. The cable is 8 feet male-to-male S-Video cable with standard 4-pin Mini-DIN connector.
