Be warned - if you're small & petite, this will not work for you. This arm band was waaaay too big for my arms. By the time the strap was pulled tight enough for my arms, there was no velcro there for the strap to attach to. For the average bigger-armed person, I'm sure this would fit fine.

the fabric is fine but I thought the phone was introduced which was more closed, has too many openings and if there is an iphone do not fit the plastic.
