This product works very well. However, it does not charge correctly. It rarely makes a reliable connection to the charger. I saw a similar review prior to purchasing and figured it was just an isolated case. But I had the same issue. Meritline customer service was great. They immediately credited me for the unit and did not require me to send it back to them.

This is an EXCELLENT device, made by Samsung. Far superior to any other cheap ones I have tried (especially superior to the one on DX!) Works great with my Blackberry BOLD and my wife's Blackberry Curve. We use them to stream Slacker Radio.

This Bluetooth Headset works ok. But the charging is very terrible. It can't be charged by just plugging the core. I have to use a rubberband to fastern the core and the blutooth in order to let it charge.

There are so many great deal websites out there. But this is great deal and service. I bought 2 of these. I put them to charge. 4 hours after try to get connect with phones, turned it on, hold pressed to connect...they kept turning off. Never get connect. I put them back for charging, and trying all step again. They did not work for my phones. But Customer Service will give me credit back for these. They are very nice, and response even the fee of returning parcel. What can be greater, when the website sale things unbeatable price and guarantee your satisfied on product!
