OVERVIEW
The TowerSTOR TS4CT is a hardware RAID embedded enclosure providing high performance storage for creative professional with 200MB/s. The embedded Hardware RAID design provides offload of complex RAID calculation from the computer to the unit, allowing high performance throughput to eSATA and Firewire 800. Popular USB 2.0 and Firewire 400 provide easy connection to various computer operating systems. Since RAID engine is embedded inside of the enclosure, there are no OS compatibility issues. With support of RAID 0, 1, 10, 3 and 5, TS4CT provides redundancy as well as data protection against hard drive failure. It is easy to read LCD display and allows user to manage and monitor the RAID system status in a easy to read format. Four hot-swappable hard drives trays are behind the front cover to allow easy trouble shooting and hard drive replacement. With adjustable cooling fan design, and high performance transfer rate to support various audio and video editing problems, TS4CT is the ideal storage tower for high-end computing.
