I have ordered 3 of those so far on multiple occasions and I am very happy with it. Will keep on buying more as they deplete!

Went camping with my family a few weeks ago. Just after a storm, none of our matches would light. They were dry, but we couldn't get a good strike due to the humidity. Tired and hungry. Remembered that I had ordered this a few years ago for use in an emergency. Sparked right up and dinner was on. Every camper should have a set.

Works well. Quite small to handle but better for transport.

Doesn't make lot of sparks, or maybe my technique is all wrong. But great as a key ring accessory. Looks great.... I am the new Bear Gryll, i can survive any wilderness, as long as there is a fast food store nearby and i have a good wireless connection.

These are great! Especially when you can catch them with a discount code. I don't quite like the striker that it comes with, but it does work when you need it to. You get better sparks using a knife, but in a situation when you can't be bothered with dulling your knife edge, the striker will work fine. For those who can't get it to "work," scrape off the outer black coating first. You'll get much better sparks after that is done. Even at regular price, it's a steel. You can't get a flint this large for that price locally.

Gave this one 5 stars. Arrived in good condition and worked as advertised. The light output is pretty good. Bigger than I thought and works really well. I bought 2 and could think of a reason to get two more. Might give these out as xmas presents to my hunting buds.

Sparks great once you scratch the paint off! I'll have to take it out this weekend and give it a try. I don't want to wait till I'm lost, cold, and wet to find out if it works. I have no doubt it will work with the right tinder.

Bought one of these awhile back. A little flimsy where the plastic handle attached (it came loose) but when you strike it properly you should see the sparks shoot out! Wouldn't use it for normal camping, but it will come in handy if my lighter ever dies while camping again. For this price, you can't lose!

Haven't had the chance to use. I have it in my car in my emergency kit in case I ever need it. So i really hope it works when I do. :)
