Here are the rules to follow for your return:
We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.
You may return most items sold by Meritline.com within 30 days from the invoice date (45 days for international customers) for a full refund. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
At Meritline.com, we offer a six month warranty for product replacement. To prevent order discrepancies all returns indicating an exchange of a different item will be refunded and a new order will need to be placed. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. A replacement can be made for the same product and same brand (e.g. cd-r, dvd-r, ink cartridge, memory card, etc.).
Return Shipping Cost
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a product to meritline.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
Canceled orders or address errors
You need to call in to cancel your order. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package or any returns to Meritline.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with 15% restocking fee of your purchase, less any shipping charges.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guaranteed return period for the products. All RMA requests must be submitted to email@example.com. Meritline.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the outside of the box you are returning to meritline. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so we can credit you back the correct amount.
If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Customers may send the above information to RMA@Meritline.com. A representative will review the order and respond within 48 hours.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Meritline will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender’s expense.
Product Specific Return Policy
Some products (such as OEM Ink/Toner Cartridges, Cell phones, Duplicators/Publishers, etc) may not be eligible for Meritline’s General Return Policy. The specific return policy and warranty information are listed on the item's page.

If the website mentioned the item may be returned for “Replacement Only”, the item is Non-refundable. Please return the product within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified on the item's page.

Meritline.com does not accept return for the Manufacturer Warranty Only products. If the product is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty, the warranty information will be stated on the item's page. End users may request replacement/repair service through the Manufacturer directly.
Items in a combo deal can be returned individually for replacement. Please
contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization and instruction
to complete the process.If you want to return the bundle for refund, the complete bundle needed to be returned all together( we do not accept partial return for refund on bundle deals).
