Meritline.com Verified Buyer The amount of brightness you get out of this little flashlight is great. This takes 1 AAA battery. It's about 3.5" long and slightly bigger than a AAA battery in diameter (about half inch). Worth every penny.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer This flashlight is Awesome! Very bright and sturdy (although the black coating doesn't seem to be the most durable). Also great to throw in a packpack or keep in your car for emergencies. I will be buying more.

This is a tiny little single-LED light. Like some of the other reviews stated, I threw it in the glove box. Well, while the aluminum body is durable- the reflector, led element and lens are all basically held in by the plastic of the lens- which snaps into the front of the flashlight. This presents a problem because when the flashlight is put together all the components of the flashlight place pressure on the lens, which lightly snaps into place. After some time the plastic of the lens gives way and the flashlight falls apart. Several times I've had to put it back together because of this. It's tiny but if you drop it or it just sits around it will fall apart. The battery life is ok, and the light output is adequate for finding things in the dark, but not super bright. If you're looking for a much better quality flashlight for the money try the AA powered (SKU# 188-912-001) on Meritline instead. It has a much better fit and finish and it's a lot brighter
