They replaced it. One box is sealed shut by swelling from stain. I can't open it even with devices. So it is useless to me. I enjoyed solving the puzzle. I found the construction avg (the joints and fit are are a bit sloppy but appear strong enough but the stain job sucks). For the price it is reasonable. One point of contention is they say three locking mechanisms. I understand there may be a language issue but there are clearly only 2 locks and 2 compartments. Once you open the small one the larger is pretty obvious - the addition of a small baffle would possibly eliminate that but hey for less than $5.00 US it is a good value.
