It looks great and protects well. It has a front screen protector and a back protector, albeit with a big hole where dust can get in. The screen protector is shiny but seldom causes problems. After several months use, it has no scratches, which is very good. The rubber bumper is sticky, so retrieving it from a tight pocket is difficult. The ports are covered by rubber that is difficult to pull up. You have to undo the bumper to pop out the cover.

Very satisfied. Case fits our Verizon iPhone 4 perfectly and seems to be quite durable. Rubber edge protection rolls off of track occasionally where you hold it, but easy to slip back in place.

Overall a nice case for the price, but one serious design flaw: there is an optional plastic shield that covers the rear camera lens and flash. When installed, it is totally useless, because when taking photos with the flash, the light from the flash does not penetrate the shield. Instead it is reflected as total glare, and the result is a whole photo of nothing but white light. Essentially it renders the flash feature completely useless. If you don't plan on using the flash, then the case is a 5-star value.

The case protects well and seems to be durable. I like it except for the fact I already have a Zagg front and back protector and this case has a protector on the front that makes the screen have funny lines. I also have problems pulling out the tabs that cover each hole.
