The item dont work, always is in Green Light LED, never charge the batteries.

This has been my experience with this charger. If the battery that you are trying to get charged is old, the green light will turn on as soon as you connect it, without charging the battery. This happens, because the charger is sensing resistance from the battery, because is old. That is the same mechanism that the charger uses for deciding that a battery is full.

these chargers are junk, the version I got, the green light is alwasy on, with a multimeter they do not show charging.

I bought this primarily for the 9V recharging .... Only to learn that there are virtually no 9v Rechargeable batteries on the market. Energizer makes ONE and it's kind of expensive. Seems 9v is the one battery everyone is behind the curve in making a rechargeable version readily available.

The basic drawing of this device is an excellent compromise:cost-performance. The execution is poor,unfortunatelly. If you have the skill to remake all the solderings,you'll have the surprise to hold a very helpfull device.I had this experience with 2 chargers,came in package with rechargeable flashlights.

Bought this for my 14500 Li-Ion AAs, but found it works well on my other rechargeables. Best of all, it's a smart charger -- you don't have to worry about overcharging batteries. I noticed with my older Ni-MH AAs the indicator initially alternated red and green quickly, and I thought that was some type of error condition. But then the blinking started to slow, and after five minutes it stayed red until the battery was fully charged. Good charger, well worth the price.
