    product is okay. Seems a little flimsy but should do the job. Customer service is poor. I ordered the 2-pack and only got one. Customer service wants me to send 1) a copy or a scan of the packing slip 2)stamps on the packing slip 3)dimensions of the shipping box 4) a digital picture of the received item inside the shipping box and 5)a digital picture of shipping label on box or bag. All this for a $5 adapter. Other companies send you the missing item with an apology.

    The Universal Mini Global Plug Adapter, Black color is very poor in quality. No information material is supplied on how to use it. Its material is very poor. Overall, I would NOT at all recommend to someone else.

    We purchased a 220V to 110V adapter to be used when my wife made a trip to China. Trip was fine, adapter fit perfectly and performed it was supposed to. I've since noticed a similar adapter at Meritline for lower price, but Oh, Well - It always happens.
