As the image suggest the adapter is bulky and not suggested for frequent regular use.

I got this stuff after 3 weeks.. When I connected this to the plug, the fuse inside burned away.. I purchased a new fuse at the store (Homedepot, 3 Amp, 250 V, $3 for 2) and it finally works. Because it is so cheap compared to others, even the fuse problem is not a big deal... If some one has not-working problems, just check the fuse at first..
