BioExcess is a multi-purpose fingerprint software package utilizing the uniqueness of one's fingerprint features to prevent unauthorized access to you computer and enhance the security of your private date with advanced date protection features.
Local disk partition encrypted fingerprint: with the flexibility to partition a virtual hard disk, the user only has to connect the U-Key and to through fingerprint verification, the partitions can be seen and used. The computer needs to reinstall or repair the system, outsiders will not see and use the hidden virtual disk, save the file to ensure that the security and privacy.
The system automatically login: only be allowed in advance and has completed Fingerprint registered users can log in and use the computer while the system will read the fingerprint information according to automatically log on to different users. System screen saver lock: the screen saver is enabled, add fingerprint authentication functionality, you can temporarily leave, to prevent others from using your computer.

How to Use:
(I) Fingerprint Enrollment:
You can enroll new fingerprints and delete existing fingerprints in the Fingerprint Enrollment page.
Enrolling a Fingerprint:
Operating Procedure:
1. Click Fingerprint Enrollment to select the fingers you wish to enroll.
2. Select the finger you wish to enroll by clicking the box on top of it.
3. You will see three fingerprint capture boxes: the finger you choose to enroll will be marked with a blue dot. Swipe your finger across the sensor, slowly and precisely. The system will capture all your fingerprint data and once enrollment is successful, it will state ""Success"".
4. If the image cannot be captured, you will be notified with ""bad image"" or ""too fast"" and the fingerprint will appear in red.
5. If the enrollment process failed, you will be notified with a red cross and asked to try again.
6. Finish the enrollment by clicking OK to save your settings, or repeat the above process to enroll another finger.
Note:
The system aims to capture three identical images. If you swipe your finger in a different angle, the image would be captured but the system needs more images to verify / enroll your fingerprint.
If you swipe too fast, the system will not capture the fingerprint and you would be required to re-swipe your fingerprint. You should keep constant speed.
(II) File Encryption:
You can encrypt a file in the following ways: Select the ""Encrypt File"" option in the right-button context menu under the ""BioExcess"" menu item. When the Encrypt button is selected, you will be requested for the following:
1. Encryption backup password.
2. Confirmation of the password.
3. Password hint.
Why you need an Encryption Backup Password?
1?This password request is only for the first time you encrypt your files. For future encryption, the system will automatically use this password for backup. Files which are already encrypted cannot be encrypted again.
2?If your encrypted file has been sent to another user/computer, the encryption backup password is needed for file decryption. The user will also have to install BioExcess in order to decrypt the file.
3?If you uninstalled BioExcess and then reinstalled a new version, you will need the same encryption backup password to decrypt your file/application.
Online Accounts Management:
Online Accounts Management helps you to store user IDs and passwords of websites/applications, so that the next time you want to log on, the software will auto fill-in your user ID and password for you. All the websites/applications which you have registered will be saved as an Online Accounts Item. In the Online Accounts page, you can categorize, launch the account, edit account information and delete the account.
Online Accounts Management can be accessed from the BioExcess Menu (BioExcess Menu>Control Center>Online Accounts Management).
