    I just received these. i purchased 2. they work great and are very small and compact. Like the fact that they read SD and SDHC card and Mini SDHC

    The device is ok and read speed also acceptable, pretty fast indeed. But it took me 3 week to receive this unit, it think i not gonna receive it. I think 3 week for shipping is pretty long, mgeritlne.com should seriously consider how to imporve this. Even with free shipping, i think most of the product i buy online can be shipped to me in <10 days, 3 weeks is just too long (it shipped from HK)!

    PROS: compact, works great, supports all claimed formats, plug and play. CONS: rather stout, so if you have all the USBs on your computer together, you may not be able to use them ( get a small USB extension cable )

    Remember, it's from Hong Kong. It tells you it will take a while to ship this one. THEY TELL YOU THIS. So if you don't know how to read like a previous reviewer, don't blame the site. Majority of there stuff ships from california.

    BEWARE OF MERITLINE - FREE SHIPPING MEANS NO SHIPPING PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I ORDERED A LITTLE CARD READER AND IT'S ABOUT A MONTH BUT I HAVE'NT GOT IT. WHENEVER I CALL, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. BUT I HAVE'NT GOT IT YET.

    typo should have read but the MEMORY STICK memory cards did not work/read) even though the memory sticks had pictures on them and the digital camera could read them.

    They sent me one that was defective, (works for SDHC but the memory cards I used did not work). The info for the reader says - Support SD/ MicroSD/ TF/ MiniSD/ MMC/ MMC plus/ MMC Mobile/ RS-MMC/ MS/ MS Pro/ MS Duo/ MS Pro Duo/ M2, compatible with SDHC Built-in USB port is portable for you I have called customer service and left messages and still have not received a call back or any remedy for the situation. Very disappointed with Mertline and customer service

    this is review after getting the product. It works good. It worked fine with 4 GB Memory Pro duo and 4 GB micro SDHC. Surprising that it worked with SDHC since I tried a couple of reader which failed to read HC cards. Good product for 5 $. Only con is it takes one month for shipping. Go for it and be patient till you get it!!

    Don't have the item but beware, some of these items take about a month to arrive because some items are coming straight from Hong Kong China. Expect at least a month. But it will come. However if your in a hurry, don't buy it.

    This product is really worth for 5$. It works really good. i had some problems with my builtin card reader of my laptop. so i bought this as spare. but only thing is when I came back to order 2 more for my friends.. the prices were raised :-(
