    I bought one black and one white for my wife. Unfortunately, we won't be using either. Not because they are flawed but because they don't meet our needs. Apple's version of this product has two major differences. The first being the angle at which the iPhone stands. Apple's leans the iPhone back at a more stable angle where this version stands up nearly straight. Second, the actual opening for the iPhone on Apple's is large enough to fit a phone in a case. Unfortunately, this version is exactly the same size as the phone itself forces the removal of the phone from it's case for it to fit. Possibly not a deal breaker for some users but something to be aware of before purchasing.

    The photo in the description of the phone leaning over is not accurate. The phone, when placed in the dock, stands almost vertical. It is unstable.

    for buying cheap apple accessories - meritline is the place to default to. I purchased 4 of these docking stations @ $2.99/each - one for the office, one for home, one for the other home and one for the 3rd home. The docking station comes in a nice "apple replica" box (would make a nice gift). My complaint is that the docking station has the iphone 4 stand straight up @ 90 degrees. This make the dock a bit unstable and easy to knock over. the real docking station from apple has the phone leaning backwards @ 75 degrees. For some reason I had assumed that this station would be the same. typical meritline shipping of 3 weeks. I would not purchase this again. Thanks

    This is a good product and is a great addition to your iPhone's accessories. The reason I only gave it 4 Stars is because unfortunately the dock is not as heavy as the original dock from Apple. This dock is very light so when you plug in the USB/iPhone cable it tend to move the whole unit around even with the iPhone in place. Other than that, this unit does everything you would expect and fits the iPhone 4/4S perfectly.

    Photo is misleading-- the iPhone stands STRAIGHT UP and a weird angle. Also, the fit is so tight that any phone cover (even the most tiny) has to be removed every time you use this, You also have to provide your own iPhone cable to make this work.
