This did not work for my Ipod touch generation 2, and also did not work with my Motorola cell phone

I don't know what is wrong with this thing but I bought two and neither will charge my phone which uses a micro usb cable. The lighters come on when plugged it but no power seems to be transmitted. This cable is pretty standard nowadays so I don't understand why it doesn't work. My suggestion is to be cautious when purchasing. If I had only bought one and it didn't work I would say it was just faulty.

Pretty much worthless. I bought 2 but neither one works (at least, when I plug in my iPod Nano or iPod Touch they don't receive any charge). :-(

Don't waste your money! I bought four of these and none of them worked. My phone recognized that the cable was plugged in, however it was not powerful enough to charge it. The same cable in a difference adapter worked fine

The specs are either incorrect or this won't do what you think. The specs claim input 12-24V DC, but I would expect 110V AC for this adapter.

I'm sure it's just a typo. Those input voltage specs would be what you'd expect to see for a DC-to-USB charger that you'd plug in your car cigarette lighter. Now, whether this home charger works at 240 V ac remains to be seen. Given the North American plug blades, though, it can be assumed that, at the very least, this charger will accept 120 V ac input.

It does NOT work for most devices. Motorola phones, Ipods..no worky worky. It does charge my wifes Samsung phone and can charge a DSi and PSP. Not completely useless, but I needed it for my Droid.
