I am using this about 2 weeks ... I kept my portable Hard disk in one socket and magic jack on the other and network adapter adapter in the third ..my HDD was not aboe to get sufficient power and majic jack's voice became very low ..seems the power is not sufficient for the sockets

Great Idea, and I would Love to use it for what I had planned to. In contrast to other's reviews, the USB hub, with nothing else plugged in, barely has enough power to turn on my USB Hard Drive (which is powered by USB alone) and makes a noise that scares me so I cannot use it. There is a slot for a AC Power adapter, and if this would give extra juice, I would gladly buy it to use. Where do I purchase the extra Power Adapter for this HUB?

AWESOME. My big beef with USB hubs is that they always get pulled around in different directions when hooking up new peripherals. Not with this little guy! Well worth getting if you use a lot of USB devices.

Worked as advertised. Easy to mount on the desk and easy to hide. I have an external hard drive plugged in and the speed is pretty good. No complains.

Excellent buy. It stays in place and the movable ports let you place different sizes at the same time. I have tried many hubs but this by far is the best!

Great device. I love the 5 movable ports so I can connect all my awkward shaped devices. And having 7 ports allows me to keep my backup hard drives plugged in while using other devices.
