Meritline.com Verified Buyer Carol Update #2: Heard back from Meritline. Stated I must have gotten a defective item. Asked if I wanted a new one or refund. I asked for a new one. Will update once I receive if it works.

This is the first problem I've ever had with Meritline, so I will give them benefit of doubt that they will take care of this for me. I loved the darn thing and am sad to find it won't work anymore.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Worked good for a few weeks, then didn't use it for a few.... now it tells me 'I might be victim of software counterfeiting. contact vendor or email us... with no email address.

I tried this device and it does work, but slowly. It may be the type of connect you have or some other factor. I used it on a Broadband network and it look a few minutes for each TV station I selected to start running on the screen. It's ok.
