Absolute flop.. Almost drives me crazy with it's loud operation and the actual box (massager) is difficult to place just right (on neck) instead it seems to head straight for the neck bones. Low price or no, this product isn't worth the cost. Could be used as a toddler's toy otherwise, don't waste your time.

I was really disappointed with this product. It was too loud, the small vibrating unit seemed to attract itself to the bony part of your neck which caused more pain than relief. After first use I put this thin way back in the closet.. Maybe I'll pass it out as an xmas present to my worst enemy next year.
