I purchased this for $5. It came broken. Just a little plastic piece on the top that holds it in a slot and allows it to open and close correctly. It works decent. I can not get it to turn off. I think that may be because of that broken piece. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Also, it only opens about 2 inches. If your cigarette falls in, which it does alot, its kind of a chore to get it out. The plastic tray that holds the ashes is crap. It has already melted through. The usb cable is really short. It is loud. This is a terrible product. It is not worth $5. May be only worth $1. I contacted meritline via email but they have yet to respond. I will just suck it up and keep it.
