POS. There are better options. Whatever chipset it uses overheats and konks out after awhile. Either that or the USB contacts are not connecting with the other USB contacts. I ended up with another here http://www.meritline.com/usb-to-dual-ps2-adapter-black---p-27759.aspx and that works without problems. Better made too.

I have found that these work on some computers but not on others. And even on the computers where they work, sometimes they stop for no apparent reason. I have to unplug them from the USB port and plug them back in, sometimes several times. I bought 2 and they both act flaky the same way. They are cheap but not worth the aggravation. I bought some of the Y-cable style adapters here, which are only slightly higher in price but have been working 100% reliably for me.

I bought 3 adapters and tried each on 3 different computers. None of the computers would recognize anything plugged into the adapter ( just a ps2 keyboard and mouse )
