Meritline.com Verified Buyer This item comes up as USB device 1a86:7523 and it is NOT supported on OS-X despite what the description here says. The supplied driver disk is for a PL2303 and this is a CH341. It may well work under Linux or Windows but that's no use to me... Also, the built quality is awful. The USB connector wiggles. The thumb screws are jammed in at an angle that makes them impossible to use. The moulded plastic around the connectors is oddly shaped. It's not level at anyrate. Spend some more money and get something else.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Total crap. Not compatible with vista or windows 7. From what I read they might work with older OS. So cheap it isn't worth sending back. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a good solution.
