It came with a faulty power supply and the cost to send anything back make it easier to just go somewhere else and buy another kind. I bought a new power supply for it. It turns out that plugging in the power to the device will kill it all that should be plugged into the device is the usb cord the power connector on the device kills it I tested it on 2 of these.
