Meritline.com Verified Buyer This product is not supported by PROMISE as the CD tells you to go to to get the latest drivers. PROMISE does not support OR Acknowledge the card and there is no other mechanism for support. This is a just another BOGUS card from CHINA. It does not work properly either with a single card or dual cards. I Tested and evaluated this card for several hours and the cards BIOS will not recognize the drives the same way from several power-on cycles. Products like this should be banned from being sold by anyone. I requested my money back and a RMA. Advise- always check the websites for current support before buying any device. I purchased this because PROMISE has a quality name in the industry. Did not know they did not support this card.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer After waiting 3 weeks,the card showed up. Poor driver support, tang on board needed tweak to fit, eSATA and shared port locked OS when connected. No support from Meritline. Meritline said they would give me credit, but did not ask for the card back, so I'll see what happens. First time Meritline didn't come through!!! Good luck on this product.
