    Product came with zero documentation. I was under the impression that I was buying a new unit, but the receipt indicated that it was factory refurbished. I could have paid about the same for a brand new one.

    I've used it for almost a month now. It works great. Quiet, sleek, and has a nice dark blue light. The price was decent although I know if you hunt hard enough you'll find an even better deal now. Overall: I'm satisfied with the buy.

    The 1TP External Hard Drive by Western Digital (Factory Recertified) arrived in excellent condition and has been under heavy workload since purchased. Compared to full retail it was an exception buy. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

    The listing never specified the unit was "refurbished" until the checkout process was complete. I would never have bought the unit had I known it was refurbished. Deceptive practice.

    Product works great, no problems. However, when ordering the product it is listed as NEW. Once you receive confirmation it's listed as Factory Recertified... Not sure of the need for the misinformation.

    This drive wouldn't mount at first. Eventually I got it to mount on my Unibody MacBook, but it took several tries and it still seems to mount only 3 out of every 5 tries. Makes me nervous about retrieving my data!
