    Product came with zero documentation. I was under the impression that I was buying a new unit, but the receipt indicated that it was factory refurbished. I could have paid about the same for a brand new one.

    Excellent Hard Drive!Set up is easy, plug in the usb cord and power cord and it automatically installs the software needed, for the computer to use it....Perfect, end of story..I have 4 - 1TB W.D.
