Looks and acts exactly like new. Comes in a plain brown box and has a very small 'recertified' sticker on that. Without those, I would've thought it was new. Handles 1080p just fine from a 32gb flash drive.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer Product plays good high quality sound and audio. Really quick and easy to hook up to an external hard drive. Small sticker on the back stating "refurbished", other than that, no nicks or dings on product. GOod buy, would make it again.

Meritline.com Verified Buyer I already had one of these that I had purchased new over a year ago, so this is being used in a second room. Given my repeat purchase, it should be obvious that I'm happy with the product. I'm digning one star due to the random risk associated with refurbished products. My first unit arrived entirely DOA, it would power up and display the WD logo, but not fully boot. I ran through all troubleshooting with WD support, and they ultimately RMAd it, which went flawlessly, and the replacement unit works perfectly. My only problem with the entire experience was that I did have to pay return shipping on the defective unit.
